Man-folk love giant fast-beasts. New big ones drink much shiny-water. Loud-pictures show them with strong men.
Far-tribe men, especially strong ones, love big roaring metal-beasts called 'trucks'. Even when sky-water is hard to find and shiny-water expensive, big-makers do not care. Ram tribe makes new loud-beasts that eat much shiny-water. They show big, bold pictures with strong, hairy men to make men want them.
This mean more hunt for tribe. If big-beasts drink much shiny-water, we need more hunters to get it from deep earth. Less shiny-water for our own small fires or to trade for warm furs. Must make sure our traps strong, our spears sharp for mammoth-hunt to feed our own hungry mouths and keep our cave warm.
### Local Commentary
"Ugh, me see shiny-pictures! Make gut rumble, want big beast. But where shiny-water come from? Hard to find!"
- Oog, local berry picker
"Saw big-picture on flat-rock. Beast look strong like mountain bear. But my stomach empty, not full of shiny-water to give it."
- Zog, mammoth hunter
"Tribe must be wise. Big fast-beasts are strong, but shiny-water is life. We save for tribe, not for noisy metal things. Chief says find more water!"
- Grok, Tribal Chief
