We thought big sky-home same-same everywhere. But new look-rock from wise-ones say sky more strange!
Big news from the fire-circle! Wise-ones who look with their magic-gaze-rocks say the vast sky-home, the big-dark-up-there where the stars sleep, might not be the same everywhere. For long-time, we think no matter where you stand, no matter which way you point your head-bone, the big-dark looks the same, stretched out like one big hide. But now, new shiny-scrolls from the wise-ones say this thought could be wrong, make-believe!
What mean for tribe? If sky-home not same, maybe hunting grounds shift? Maybe big-ice come where warm-sun was, or new berries grow where only stone before? We need watch hard. Does this strange sky-talk mean mammoth move to different valley, or rain fall on dry-cave? This new wisdom makes Ooga-the-Elder scratch head and look up with deep thought.
### Local Commentary
Grog (local berry picker): "Sky-place always look same to Grog when Grog pick berries! Sun come, moon come, big-bear-stars spin. What strange they talk about? My berry patch still here."
Zog (mammoth hunter): "Zog see big-rock fall from sky sometimes, make loud bang and smoke-cloud. But whole sky-place change, like shifting river? Zog not see that with spear-eye, only see tracks of big-beasts."
Ooga (Wise-Elder of the Fire-Cave): "We watch sky, we hunt mammoth, we keep fire burning. If sky change, we learn change, like wolf learns new hunting path. Fire still warm, food still good. But we keep eyes open for new signs from the great beyond."
