Big Land No Good Share! More Stuff Come, Less Stuff Go! Bad Pile Grow Big!
NY Times Jul 07, 2026
Big Land get much shiny-rock from far-away place. Give less back. Bad count bigger now.
Big Land tribe see bad news in warm-wind moon. More shiny-rock and useful-tool come into our caves than go out to other tribes. This make big gap, like canyon where two sides don't meet. This bad count now biggest in many moons, since last time snow fall.
This mean our tribe might have less mammoth fur to trade for far-land berries, or less pointy-spear for outside. If we keep taking more than we give, other tribes might not want to share with us anymore. This could make our own rock-pile smaller and our bellies rumble more often. We must find way to make more good stuff to send out!
### Local Commentary
Eyewitness 1: Gork (local berry picker): "Me see many new pots from sun-set land, but our good furs sit in cave! No good for trading berries!"
Eyewitness 2: Thag (mammoth hunter): "Me try to send big mammoth meat to cold-land tribe, but they send more sharp-stones than take meat! What Thag do with all these stones?"
Village Elder: Old Man Rark (wise chief of Fire-Keepers): "We must make more good things, like strong tools and warm furs, for other tribes to want. Only then balance will return. Grog help us think!"
