Sky-council say 'ok' to giant sky-mirror. It make fake sun after dark. Sky-watchers mad, but council no care.
Big news, tribe! The far-away 'Sky-Council' named FCC, who talk with unseen-voices in air, they say 'yes' to the 'Shiny-Rock-Makers' clan, called Reflect Orbital. These big-brain people want to launch a monstrous, giant sky-mirror, named Earendil-1, up into the black sky! It will steal the night dark and shine bright like a fake small sun, even when Moon-mother sleeps. The 'Star-Watchers', who know sky-secrets, they scream loud with anger, but Sky-Council shrug shoulders.
This big sky-light might mean less dark for hunting the big woolly beasts, maybe even confuse the hungry cave-bears. What if the mammoth think day stay forever and never come close to the water hole? It could mess with the spirit-world stories we tell by the fire, making shadows dance wrong and spirits hide. Our sleep might be troubled, and the berry-bushes might not know when to rest from the sun's warm touch.
### Local Commentary
Gronk, local berry picker: 'Uggh, more light! My eyes already hurt from picking in sun-glare. Now even moon-time look like sun-time! Where will the good berries grow in peace?'
Zog, brave mammoth hunter: 'I saw strange bright light last moon-hunt! Mammoth looked confused, not moving right. This new sky-shiny will make them jumpy, harder to trick into pits! Bad for meat supply!'
Oog, wise Village Elder: 'The sky-council makes choices for far-away tribes, but we must protect our own ways. We will watch the sky-shiny. If it makes spirits angry or mammoth disappear, we must speak with loud drum-beats to the sky! Be ready, tribe, to adapt or to shout!'
