Home-Tribe sad-grunt. Far-Away-Tribe mighty-roar, speared four rocks! Our shield-wall weak. Big Ball Game ends for us.

Dark-sky-after-day-one brought sad-news from far Wet-Forest-Ground. Far-Away-Tribe, strong and swift, beat Home-Tribe with mighty roar, 4-1. Their quick-hunter, De Ketelaere, speared two rocks into our net and helped another, showing our shield-wall had big holes. Home-Tribe now no longer in the Big Ball Game for the shiny-rock prize. This big stumble-fall means less celebration fire for our tribe, less meat sharing from happy hunts. The magic-pictures showed our swift-runner, Pulisic, on ground in pain from foot-bend, and our net-guard, Freese, holding head after clumsy-foot gave enemy a free-rock. Such weakness brings cold winds and hungry bellies, reminding us to sharpen our own spears and watch our own cave entrance for hungry sabretooth. ### Local Commentary Grog, local berry picker: 'Me saw the fire-signal flicker! My heart dropped like a ripe berry. Our strong-men looked lost like me in fog!' Thag, mammoth hunter: 'They ran like scared deer, not like mighty mammoths! That De Ketelaere, he was a sneaky wolf. Our big-sticks were like small twigs against their charge!' Chief Oog, wise elder: 'This defeat teaches us. We must learn from our weak-spots. Next moon-cycle, we will train harder, hunt smarter. Unity is our strongest shield!' Story by Grug from Caveman Talk Fire, on the scene.
