Ug. Say one thing, do other thing. Bad.

Big head-rock for cave-family. Young she-cub sad. Her tribe-mates want sleep-gathering with he-cub. Her grown-ups say, "No! Not good." Now, young she-cub left in cold. She cry big water from eyes. Other grown-ups say, "Is okay. Let young-ones play." But her cave-parents feel fire in belly. They think is not safe. What cave do? A wise man with three cubs of his own, A.J. of the Talking Slate, make mouth-sounds. He say, "Trust fire in belly. It know truth." He say not matter if other caves do thing. Your cave have own rules. "You talk to young-one. Say, 'This our way. Our way keep you safe.' Stand strong like mountain. Do not bend." Oona, a maker of shiny rock necklaces: "Me think is fine. He-cub and she-cub can share fire. Sun and moon in same sky. Let young-ones be happy tribe." Grunk, a club sharpener: "Bah! Bad idea. He-cubs belong in he-cub cave for sleep. She-cubs in she-cub cave. Is old way. Old way is strong way. Keep trouble far." Chief Thag, Keeper of the Big Fire: "Each cave make own rules. Strong cave make strong tribe. Grown-ups must show young-ones the good path." Story by Zog from Caveman Talk Fire, on the scene.
