Platner, tribe big-talker, called bad-man. Tribe friends and helpers turn backs. Now alone in dark.

Platner, big-talker man who want lead shiny-rock-tribe, now face angry shouts. Women-folk say bad thing happen, Platner take what not his. Many big-tribe-men and strong helpers who once stood with Platner now point fingers and turn away. His chance to sit in high-place-cave now shaky, like old saber-tooth-tooth. This big shame bring dark cloud over entire shiny-rock-tribe. Other tribes might see us weak, or think our big-talkers are all rotten berries. Less strong big-talkers mean less good deals for warm furs and fresh mammoth meat. Tribe must find new strong voice soon, or our winter stores will suffer. ### Local Commentary Gog (local berry picker): 'I saw Platner once, he seemed strong. Now, women-folk look scared near him. Bad, bad juju in his cave!' Throg (mammoth hunter): 'Saw the big-tribe-chiefs stomp their feet at Platner. They threw his fur cloak on the ground. No more hunt-talk with him, no way!' Chief Korg (wise village elder): 'When a man's heart is dark, his path to lead is blocked by many rocks. Tribe must cleanse, choose new strong-heart to guide us through cold nights.' Story by Zork from Caveman Talk Fire, on the scene.
