Tiny Blood-Suckers Invade New Hunting Grounds, Bring Big Sickness! Tribe Beware!

Sun high, air warm, and little blood-sucking terrors are everywhere! These tiny leg-beasts, called "ticks," usually stay in old hunting grounds. But now, big news from far away fire-talkers says they crawl to new lands, like never before. Oog, a smart dirt-reader, tells us these small monsters bring new, bad sickness to our lands. This bad news means more trouble for our strong tribe. When these ticks bite, they make hunter weak, berry-gatherer slow, and even small cave-child sleep too much. If tribe gets weak, no more big mammoth hunt, no more full belly. We need to watch skin, keep fur clean, or tribe could suffer much hardship from new magic-sickness. ### Local Commentary Grak (local berry picker): "Me found tiny crawler on arm while picking red berries! Never see them so high in hills before. My skin itch, me feel small fire." Thok (mammoth hunter): "We hunt near the big river. Thok saw many of these small black things on forest-deer. If deer get sick, maybe our mammoth get sick too? Bad sign for future hunts." Elder Lyra (Tribal Chief): "This is a test from the great spirits. We must be wise, watch our kin, and burn old grass near sleeping caves. Keep fire strong, keep vigilance stronger. Only then will spirits protect us from these tiny creeping evils."
